The Brief
Direction before design.
Define a coherent visual and experiential direction before any UI is built, in a brand-sensitive context, with emerging AI technology, requiring alignment across multiple teams.
Process
- 01
Direction & alignment
Studied the brand's existing digital language and tone, reviewed AI assistant interaction patterns, and created visual moodboards to frame the design direction before UI development began.

- 02
Workshops & feedback
Prepared workshop agendas and discussion canvases, structured how stakeholder feedback would be collected, and synthesized inputs for the external design team, ensuring reactions translated into clear, actionable direction.

- 03
Handover & outcomes
Reviewed and refined interface drafts, suggested UI/UX improvements, and contributed to visual detailing aligned with brand tone, resulting in a clear look-and-feel direction, final interface concepts delivered to the brand, and internal recognition for ownership and delivery quality.

"Service design here worked at a strategic level, not the interface level , mediating between emerging technology, brand heritage, and organizational culture."
Outcome
- Clear look-and-feel direction established for the assistant.
- Structured stakeholder feedback translated into final interface concepts.
- Concepts delivered to the brand as a handover deck.
- Recognized internally for ownership and delivery quality.
